SAMAHAN Arts

SAMAHAN’s Filipino music and dance classes, observation option and contact route in San Diego
SAMAHAN Arts teaches Filipino folk dance and music in San Diego County, with dance classes for children from age six, teenagers and adults. Its official page accepts new students throughout the year and allows a free class observation before enrollment. That is different from providing an entire course without charge.
The published starting price is $40 monthly per student, plus a one-time $30 registration fee. Individual or private lessons also cover instruments such as kulintang gongs and the fourteen-string bandurria; the introductory dance price should not be assumed to cover every music lesson. Call 619-946-7409 or email samahanphildance@gmail.com to confirm grouping, class location, observation arrangements and charges.
P.O. Box AX in Chula Vista is a mailing address, not a classroom. The events page separately advertises November 14, 2026 performances at two and six p.m. at Joan B. Kroc Theatre. Check their ticket arrangements separately; a concert venue or older anniversary listing does not establish where current classes meet.
