Giving and receiving free items in Los Angeles: the Freecycle rules
The Los Angeles Freecycle Town Group provides a local route for offering and requesting items without payment. Membership is free. It is not a bargaining marketplace: the network requires gifts to be free, legal and appropriate for all ages, and its rules prohibit swaps and requests for shipping money.
Read the local group rules before joining and browsing. When offering something, describe its condition, dimensions and collection area, then confirm arrangements with one recipient.
