Baldwin Park 免費成人英語：按測試分班，有需要可查詢課時托兒

Baldwin Park Adult & Community Education（BPACE）提供免費英語課，從識字入門至進階共六級，另有寫作、發音及數碼能力選項。發音班針對第 3–6 級學生；結合職業課程的英語班則要求已報讀指定職業課程，不能假定所有選修班都適合初學者。

一般入學對象為年滿 18 歲且未就讀高中者。仍在讀高中的年輕申請人須先向輔導員查詢轉介規定。新生要填登記表及接受程度評估；ESL 學生在入班前完成評估及首次前測，名額按先到先得安排。

Baldwin Park adult ESL: placement first, with class-time childcare to check

Baldwin Park Adult & Community Education (BPACE) offers free English classes across six levels, from literacy to advanced, alongside writing, pronunciation and digital-literacy options. Pronunciation is for levels 3–6; contextualized vocational ESL requires enrollment in a specified career program. Not every elective is intended for beginners.

General admission is for people aged 18 or older who are not attending high school. Younger applicants still in high school should ask a counselor about referral rules. New students complete a registration form and placement assessment; ESL students take an appraisal and first pre-test before enrollment. Places are offered first come, first served as space allows.

The school lists free babysitting while parents attend class for toilet-trained children aged 2–9, with immunization records and proof of the parent’s registration.
