TRICARE ECHO：特殊需要支援須先登記及取得服務授權
Extended Care Health Option（ECHO）為部分符合資格的 TRICARE 家庭成員提供額外特殊需要支援。資格同時涉及受益人身分、參加的醫療計劃及指定病況，並非所有 TRICARE 使用者均可加入。

TRICARE ECHO: register before requesting authorized special-needs services
The Extended Care Health Option (ECHO) offers additional special-needs support to certain eligible TRICARE family members. Eligibility depends on beneficiary status, the health plan and a qualifying condition; it is not available to every TRICARE user.
Contact the regional contractor or US Family Health Plan to check ECHO registration, case management and DEERS information. Exceptional Family Member Program enrollment is generally required, with specified exceptions. ECHO registration cannot be retroactive, and all ECHO services need prior authorization. Do not buy equipment or obtain services first and assume reimbursement will follow. No enrollment fee does not mean services have no cost share; request confirmation of coverage and applicable charges.
