Wichita Falls CHC：新病人目前有年齡及懷孕條件，先查資格
Community Healthcare Center 的預約頁目前列明，新病人只限二十歲及以下、六十五歲及以上，或孕婦；原有病人服務維持。二十一至六十四歲、未懷孕且尚非病人者，不應僅按一般網上表格便假設可安排基層診症。

Wichita Falls CHC: new-patient intake currently has age and pregnancy limits
Community Healthcare Center’s appointment page currently limits new-patient intake to people aged 20 and under, people 65 and older, or pregnant women. Existing patients continue to receive services. Nonpregnant adults aged 21–64 who are not established patients should not assume a general online form secures primary care.
Eligible applicants can call 940-766-6306; established patients can also use the Patient Portal. The preparation list includes any insurance card, photo identification, Social Security card, immunization record, household-income proof and current medication bottles. Ask staff about missing documents. TodayCare walk-ins remain subject to new-patient rules and are not a hospital emergency department.
