New patients at Arroyo Vista Family Health Center, or people without a Patient Portal account, can request an appointment at 323-254-5221, extension 9022. Explain the needed medical, dental or other service and preferred location. A request is not a confirmed time slot.
The organization offers discounts and payment arrangements for eligible patients. Applications generally require photo identification and recent income and address evidence.
