Sacramento Native American Health Center’s appointment guide directs patients to Member Services for registration. Call 916-341-0575 and allow about thirty minutes for the process; annual information updates are also required. Care is not limited to Native American patients, and the public can inquire about suitable services.
Arrive fifteen minutes before the visit with an insurance card and photo identification. Same-day slots are limited, so call first; cancellations require at least twenty-four hours’ notice or are recorded as a no-show. Contact the center promptly if unable to attend. Confirm registration, the requested service and charges separately rather than assuming registration itself secures a medical slot.
