FSAFEDS 醫療支出帳戶：每年重新選擇，結餘不能一概保留
符合資格的聯邦僱員可透過 FSAFEDS Health Care FSA，以稅前供款支付未獲其他方式報銷的合資格醫療、牙科及視力費用。這是費用報銷帳戶，不是另一份醫療保險；預算應按實際可能發生的合資格支出計算。

FSAFEDS health-care accounts: re-enroll annually and check carryover limits
Eligible federal employees can use a FSAFEDS Health Care FSA for qualifying medical, dental and vision expenses that are not reimbursed elsewhere, using pre-tax contributions. This is an expense-reimbursement account, not another insurance policy; budget around eligible costs you realistically expect.
Participants must re-enroll during Open Season each year. Carryover is capped and subject to requirements including re-enrollment, so the entire balance is not automatically preserved indefinitely. Check the official eligible-expense list, documentation requirements and current annual limits. Account questions can go to 877-372-3337.
