Crossroads 的當季收購指南，列流行、古著及設計師衣物、鞋履與配件，要求乾淨、無污漬異味且狀況良好。品牌列入名單不代表任何同品牌物件都會接收，缺鈕扣、破損或壞拉鏈亦影響評估。
即場出售須年滿十八歲，或由成年人陪同，並出示有效照片證件；Stockton outlet 不提供同一服務。部分分店提供寄存，但未售出物件可否取回、何時須取回或會否捐出，規則不同，送交前要問清楚。

Selling clothes to Crossroads: in-store, drop-off and consignment differ
Crossroads' seasonal buying guide covers current fashion, vintage and designer clothing, shoes and accessories in clean, odor-free, excellent condition. A listed brand does not guarantee that every item bearing that label will be bought. Missing buttons, damage and broken zippers affect assessment.
In-store sellers must be eighteen or accompanied by an adult and present valid photo identification. The Stockton outlet does not offer this same service. Drop-off is available only at some locations, and policies differ on whether rejected items can be collected, deadlines and donation. Ask before leaving goods.
Cash, store credit and higher-value consignment are separate arrangements. The current main transaction page gives payout percentages different from some regional pages, so do not calculate proceeds from an old figure. Confirm the actual offer, pricing basis and payment form. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee immediate completion. This guide values no item, promises no purchase and advertises no specific merchandise as available.
