JFUSA 日文電子圖書館：美國居民申請、每週確認與帳戶查詢
日本國際交流基金洛杉磯辦事處透過 Libby 提供 JFUSA 電子圖書館。申請人須年滿十四歲並居於美國；加拿大居民應循多倫多辦事處申請，不能把洛杉磯的申請表當作全球通用入口。

JFUSA digital library: US registration, weekly confirmation and account help
The Japan Foundation's Los Angeles office provides the JFUSA digital library through Libby. Applicants must be at least fourteen and reside in the United States. Canadian residents are directed to the Toronto office; the Los Angeles form is not a worldwide registration route.
Registration has a weekly limit. If the form says it is no longer accepting registrations, the official instructions usually call for checking again after 6 p.m. Pacific time the following Wednesday, rather than treating the service as permanently closed. Confirmation is not immediate: emails generally go out Wednesdays by 6:30 p.m., with a listed 5:30 p.m. cutoff. Repeated applications are not a way to obtain instant access.
An existing Libby account with another library still requires the Foundation's own card number. For lost login details, use the website contact form and select Libby instead of calling or registering again. The September 30 update concerns the registration link, not the service's founding date. Individual borrowing availability depends on the platform.
