難以閱讀一般印刷書？申請德州 Talking Book Program
德州 Talking Book Program 為因視覺、身體或閱讀障礙而無法使用一般印刷材料的合資格居民，提供免費閱讀服務。申請對象涵蓋不同年齡，不只是長者；是否適用須按官方資格及認證要求確認。
