Family PACT provides family-planning services in California; it is not comprehensive medical insurance. Applicants must live in the state, have an applicable family-planning need and satisfy income and coverage conditions. Pregnancy care has a separate referral pathway.
The official income limit is at or below two hundred percent of federal poverty guidelines. However, the definition of the family unit has detailed rules, including different treatment of parental income for minors. Applicants generally cannot have other coverage meeting their family-planning needs.
