Placentia Library of Things: adult Full Access cards and one item for two weeks
［Evergreen borrowing guide | Placentia, California］ Placentia Library District’s Library of Things (LOTs) lends tools and creative, technology and recreational equipment free of charge. Listed examples include sewing machines, guitars and drill sets. A listed item is not a guarantee of immediate availability; follow the LOTs page to the catalog to check and request it.
Borrowers must be at least 18, have a valid adult Full Access card with fines no higher than $10, and keep a current phone number and email on file. To obtain a Full Access card, bring photo identification and proof of a California address dated within six months to the library. A Digital Services card cannot borrow physical items. The cardholder must present the required identification and sign the lending agreement at checkout.
Borrow one item for two weeks, with no renewal. Ordinary LOTs checkouts and returns go through the Information Desk during open hours, including all components. Do not assume you can immediately borrow another item while a return awaits inspection. Bookmobile items have a separate pickup-stop requirement. Loss or damage may generate cleaning, repair or replacement charges.
Address: 411 E. Chapman Avenue, Placentia, CA 92870. Phone: 714-528-1906. This is a public-library lending resource; it offers no item for sale, private seller or live-stock guarantee.
