三藩市 Text Before Tow：先登記拖車短訊，收到後也須立即處理
SFMTA 的 Text Before Tow 可為已登記車牌提供指定拖車短訊，每個車牌只可連結一個電話。範圍包括停放超過 72 小時、阻塞車道、施工區停車，以及活動或搬屋臨時禁泊；不包括繁忙時段拖車區、黃／白色路緣區、造成危險或其他違例。
通知發出時拖車亦會獲派出，可能僅五分鐘便抵達；車輛一旦掛上拖車便不能終止程序。即使及時移車，仍會收到違例告票。這是便民通知，送達不獲保證，沒有收到短訊不能作為告票或拖車退款理由。從官方登記表加入；一般查詢 311，三藩市以外 415-701-2311。

San Francisco Text Before Tow: enroll for courtesy alerts and act promptly
SFMTA’s Text Before Tow links one phone number to each enrolled license plate. Alerts cover parking over 72 hours, blocked driveways, construction zones and temporary restrictions for events or moving trucks. Peak tow-away zones, yellow or white zones, hazards and other violations are excluded.
A tow truck is dispatched when the text is sent and may arrive in five minutes. Once the vehicle is hooked up, the tow cannot be stopped. Moving promptly does not cancel the parking citation. Delivery is not guaranteed, and a missed text does not justify a citation or towing refund. Use the official enrollment form. Questions: 311, or 415-701-2311 outside San Francisco.
