USDA TAP：果樹災後補植援助及 2026 年申請期限例外
Tree Assistance Program（TAP）協助商業果園及苗圃業者，分擔天然災害後合資格樹木、灌木及藤本作物的補植或修復費。這是政府災害補助，不是家庭園景保單；申請須向當地 FSA 提供損失及修復成本證明。

USDA TAP: orchard recovery assistance and the limited 2026 deadline exception
The Tree Assistance Program helps commercial orchardists and nursery growers share eligible replanting or rehabilitation costs after natural disasters damage trees, bushes or vines producing annual crops. It is government disaster assistance, not home-landscaping insurance. Apply through the local FSA office with loss and recovery-cost documentation.
Normally, applications are due within 90 days of the disaster or when loss becomes apparent. For 2026, removal of the 15% mortality threshold still requires losses above normal mortality. Growers newly eligible because of that removal have until the later of October 7, 2026, or the applicable 90-day deadline. This exception is not a universal deadline extension; confirm your circumstances promptly with FSA.
