뉴욕한인간호협회 NYKNA는 간호사 간의 교류, 전문성 향상과 지역사회 활동을 지원합니다. 공식 소개에 따르면 한국계로서 미국 또는 한국의 RN이나 LPN 간호 면허를 가진 사람은 정회원 자격에 해당합니다. 간호와 협회의 활동에 관심을 갖고 참여하려는 사람은 명예회원으로 가입할 수 있습니다. 투표와 임원 선출 자격은 정회원에게만 있으며 명예회원도 모임에는 참여할 수 있습니다.

NYKNA: regular and honorary membership and nursing career support
NYKNA supports professional connections, nursing development and community activities. Its official introduction identifies people of Korean origin holding an RN or LPN licence in the United States or Korea as eligible for regular membership. People committed to nursing and the association may join as honorary members. Only regular members may vote or be elected to office; honorary members may attend meetings.
The page lists annual dues of $50, a newsletter, nursing career advice and a professional network. Ask about current enrolment at 718-662-8756 or nykna1@gmail.com, and confirm the mailing address before sending a paper application. Association eligibility does not itself authorize nursing practice or employment in the United States.
