Innercare operates clinics in Imperial and Riverside counties, with services varying by location. Appointments are recommended; people considering a walk-in should first call about availability and waiting times. The El Centro clinic can be reached at 760-352-2257. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.
Bring identification, an insurance card, and bottles for all current medicines, including vitamins, herbs and supplements. Bring immunization records for a child’s visit. Payment is normally due when services are provided; payment plans must be arranged before the appointment. Uninsured patients can ask about discounts assessed using household size and income rather than assuming every service is automatically free.
