德州 HIPP：家人有 Medicaid 時，可核對僱主保險保費援助
德州 HIPP 可在符合成本效益要求時，協助 Medicaid 家庭支付僱主團體保險保費。僱員本人或家庭成員須符合 Medicaid 資格；領取保費補還前，僱員及有關 Medicaid 成員須已加入僱主保險。這不是人人可領取的保費折扣。
致電 800-440-0493 詢問申請，準備保單及已付保費證明。Medicaid 成員使用接受 Medicaid 的醫療機構、並接受 Medicaid 保障的服務時，費用分攤另有規則；未有 Medicaid 的家人仍須按僱主保單支付自付額等費用。保險終止或未交所需證明可令 HIPP 資格終止。

Texas HIPP: check employer-plan premium assistance when a household member has Medicaid
Texas HIPP can help a Medicaid household pay employer-plan premiums when doing so is cost-effective. The employee or a family member must qualify for Medicaid, and the employee and relevant Medicaid member must be enrolled in the employer plan before premium reimbursement. It is not a universal premium discount.
Call 800-440-0493 about applying and prepare plan details and proof of paid premiums. Different cost-sharing rules apply to Medicaid-covered services from Medicaid-accepting providers. Family members without Medicaid still owe the employer plan’s deductibles and other charges. Loss of insurance or failure to provide required evidence can end HIPP enrollment.
