查看孩子的 STAAR 成績：先使用學區家長入口或官方查詢碼
德州教育署提供兩種 Family Portal 登入方式。若學區家長系統已設單一登入連結，可由該入口直接開啟成績；另一方法是使用孩子的專屬查詢碼、出生日期及名字，從 Texas Assessment 官方網站進入。
這是查閱個別學生資料的入口，不是公開的學校評分榜。找不到查詢碼或看不到相應年度資料時，可向學校測試負責人求助。官方工具包亦提供英語及西班牙語的家長教師會議準備表；可先記下問題，再與老師商討學習支援。不要在論壇公開孩子的查詢碼或完整成績表。

Viewing your child’s STAAR results: use district access or the official family code
Texas education officials describe two Family Portal access routes. A district’s family system may provide a single-sign-on link. Alternatively, enter the student’s unique access code, date of birth and first name through the official Texas Assessment website.
This is access to an individual student’s records, not a public school-rating table. Ask school testing staff for help if the code or relevant reporting year is unavailable. The official toolkit also provides parent-teacher conference planning sheets in English and Spanish. Prepare questions for discussing learning support, and keep access codes and complete score reports out of public posts.
