加州購物退貨先看店規：不等於所有商品都有無條件退款
購物後改變主意，不代表加州所有商店都必須接受退貨。州總檢察長提醒，先查店舖的退款、換貨、購物金和補貨費規則，留意最後出售或不接受退換的商品，並保存原收據。

California retail returns: check the policy before assuming a refund
Changing your mind after shopping does not mean every California store must accept a return. The Attorney General advises checking refund, exchange, store-credit and restocking-fee terms before purchase, including final-sale exclusions, and retaining the original receipt.
Certain restrictive or no-return policies must be clearly displayed, but exceptions include perishables, custom orders and goods used or damaged after purchase. Failure to display a policy as required may create a remedy. That rule should not be simplified into an unconditional thirty-day return right for every product.
A defective item raises a separate warranty question, including possible implied warranties, rather than just a change-of-mind policy. Record the purchase date, receipt, signage and problem and discuss them with the retailer. Use official complaint channels if a dispute remains. This guide neither determines an individual legal result nor accepts returns for a business.
