看診需要中文傳譯：向健康計劃提出語言協助要求
在加州使用受 DMHC 監管的健康計劃，如需協助與醫護溝通，可向計劃要求合資格傳譯，一般不應因此另付費用。即使有家人或朋友願意陪同，也可以提出傳譯要求；不要因為擔心麻煩而略過重要問題。

Requesting language assistance through a California health plan
Members of California health plans regulated by DMHC can request qualified language assistance for communication about care, generally without an additional charge. A relative or friend being available does not remove the option to request an interpreter.
State the language you need when booking and ask for it to be recorded in your medical record. Interpretation may be arranged in person, by telephone or by video, so confirm how the connection will work before the visit. Ask the plan about arrangements for pharmacy or other covered services as needed.
Interpretation does not mean every document is available in every language. Start with the member-service number on your plan card and explain the communication problem. If it remains unresolved, DMHC's Help Center is 1-888-466-2219. First confirm that your particular plan falls under DMHC's jurisdiction.
