Asian Health Services provides medical, dental and behavioral health care in the East Bay. New patients can start with Membership at 510-986-6880, explaining the service needed, language preference and current insurance. Confirm the correct clinic rather than assuming the administrative office is a place to receive care.
Enrollment and referral rules vary by service. The official service page says dental care requires existing AHS registration and has additional coverage restrictions. Behavioral health appointments may require a primary-care referral. Completing registration therefore does not mean every service is approved or an appointment has been booked.
Have your insurance information and callback number ready, and ask which documents to bring, whether new patients are being accepted, and how charges or income assessment work.
