Evergreen guide. Colusa County Free Library offers free, individual and confidential adult literacy tutoring. Learners must be at least 16, not currently enrolled in school, and able to communicate in basic English. Check these conditions before applying.
Apply at any branch or contact Literacy Coordinator Pam DaGrossa at 530-458-0373 or pdagrossa@countyofcolusa.com. Explain the everyday or work-related reading and writing goals you want to address. One-to-one digital skills help requires an appointment; library equipment or your own device can be used, with appointments available across all seven branches. Confirm availability and the support needed. Chinese-language instruction and immediate matching are not promised.
