Pacific Free Clinic in San Jose: Saturday care information for uninsured adults
Pacific Free Clinic provides transitional care for uninsured Santa Clara County adults aged 18 or older; it is not a long-term primary-care provider. Stanford’s autumn 2026 schedule lists October 24 and 31 as clinic dates. Doors open at 8 a.m. No appointment is needed, but care is first-come and limited; early arrival does not guarantee a visit.
Address: 1835 Cunningham Ave, San Jose, CA 95122, at Overfelt High School. Enter the parking lot through the adult-education entrance on Cunningham Avenue and follow the signs. Telephone: 650-721-2786; leave voicemail for a return call. Email: pfc_clinic@stanford.edu. The FAQ lists Mandarin and Spanish interpreters and an interpreting service for other languages.
On-site services are free. Confirm outside referral charges and assistance with the receiving provider; the clinic cannot pay outside providers’ bills. Recheck the official schedule before traveling. November 28 and December 19 and 26 are listed closures.
