Paul Hom Asian Clinic brings together PHAC, VN CARES and HLUB to provide free primary and specialty care to underserved people regardless of insurance or background. The site is 6341 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95819. Usual hours are Saturday, 8 a.m.–noon, with listed closures; confirm before traveling.
English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Taishanese, Korean and Spanish speakers can call PHAC at 916-318-8302; Vietnamese speakers, VN CARES at 916-542-2737; Hmong, Mongolian and Hindi speakers, HLUB at 408-940-5575. Alternatively email triorg-leadership@paulhomclinic.org with your name, callback number, reason, preferred date and language, then await confirmation.
Bring a current medication list, including herbal medicines or supplements, and relevant records. A Saturday primary-care visit is required before specialty booking. Spaces immediately outside are reserved for SAFE Credit Union customers; the clinic directs visitors to street parking or the lot across the street. Weeklong message access does not mean daily clinic hours.
