Clinic by the Bay 服務灣區沒有醫療保險的成人。官方資格頁列明年滿 18 歲、沒有 Medi-Cal 或其他保險，並表示不因身分文件狀況而拒絕照護。沒有 Medicare、Medi-Cal 或私人保險而需要基層醫療者，可致電 415-405-0222 查詢登記及預約；診所會核實資格與名額。

San Francisco Clinic by the Bay: registration for uninsured adults

Clinic by the Bay serves uninsured adults in the Bay Area. Its eligibility page specifies age 18 or older and no Medi-Cal or other insurance, and says care is offered regardless of documentation status. People without Medicare, Medi-Cal or private insurance can call 415-405-0222 about registration and appointments; staff confirm eligibility and availability.

The address is 35 Onondaga Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94112. Listed clinic services for eligible patients are free and include primary, preventive and ongoing care, prescription assistance and health education. Imaging and specialist referrals are also listed. Ask separately about outside services rather than assuming every hospital referral is free.
