BCCTP 治療保障：確診乳癌或子宮頸癌後的加州申請途徑
加州 Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program（BCCTP）為符合收入、居住及治療需要等條件的人士提供保障；沒有保險或保障不足者可接受評估，年滿六十五歲或已有其他保險不一定被排除。這是治療保障計劃，並非安排一般癌症篩查的入口。
自 2026 年起，部分成年新申請者因移民身分不能取得完整 Medi-Cal，但仍可能符合癌症治療的有限保障。須由計劃按個案核定，不能把有限保障當成完整醫療保險。可請 Every Woman Counts、Family PACT 服務提供者或縣辦事處協助轉介 BCCTP 評估；查詢 800-824-0088 或 BCCTP@dhcs.ca.gov。

BCCTP: California coverage pathways after a breast or cervical cancer diagnosis
California’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP) provides coverage subject to income, residency and treatment requirements. Uninsured or underinsured people can be assessed; being 65 or older or having other insurance is not automatically disqualifying. This is treatment coverage, rather than an entry point for routine cancer screening.
Starting in 2026, immigration status prevents some new adult applicants from receiving full-scope Medi-Cal, but limited cancer-treatment coverage may remain available. The program must decide individual eligibility; limited benefits are not comprehensive health insurance. Ask an Every Woman Counts or Family PACT provider, or a county office, about referral for BCCTP assessment. Contact 800-824-0088 or BCCTP@dhcs.ca.gov.
