EXIM 出口信用保險：先核對小企業資格，再評估海外買家欠款風險
EXIM 的 Express Insurance 為符合條件的小型出口商提供海外買家不付款保障，涵蓋商業及政治風險；實際承保仍須審核買家、交易及保單條款。它不是貨物運輸保險，也不是保證取得貸款。

EXIM export credit insurance: check business eligibility and buyer nonpayment risk
EXIM Express Insurance helps eligible small exporters address nonpayment by foreign buyers, including commercial and political risks. Buyers, transactions and policy terms still require review. It is neither cargo insurance nor a promise of financing.
Product criteria include the SBA small-business definition, average export credit sales of no more than $10 million over three years, no more than ten buyers and at most five years of exporting on credit. Sales calculations exclude Canada and secure payment arrangements such as cash. General EXIM requirements also concern operating history, staffing, U.S. products or services and financial condition. No application fee does not mean no premium: policy issuance requires a refundable $500 advance deposit. Check full eligibility and pricing before offering credit terms.
