Hudson Headwaters recommends completing digital check-in from the pre-visit text or email, or using paper forms on arrival. Arrive fifteen minutes early with identification, an insurance card, a medication list and a payment method for cost sharing. Use the official provider and location directory to check who is accepting new patients.
The network states that New York workers’ compensation participation ended January 1, 2026, and FECA-paid care ended after May 30. Ordinary care unrelated to workers’ compensation continues.
