Austin ACC Level Up: tuition-free career credits still require eligibility checks
Austin Community College’s Level Up pays tuition and required materials for designated Occupational Skills Award programs for eligible learners. Requirements include a high-school credential, twelve months in Texas and residence in the ACC service area; TSI status, existing US degrees and visa categories also matter. Low income alone does not establish eligibility.
Start with the Career Pathways application, then attend orientation and a reading assessment so staff can verify the fit. This is not free access to every ACC course. Academic performance and support activities carry requirements, so review the schedule, career direction and time commitment before choosing.
