CSULB Japanese Garden: free visits still need reservations
CSULB’s Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden offers free visits, but reservations are required and each booking covers up to six people. Programs and private events affect opening hours; Mondays and Tuesdays are always closed. General campus hours do not establish garden access.
Groups of twelve or more must email jgcoordinators@csulb.edu at least seven days ahead for approval. Groups of forty or more on one day pay $1 per person. Parking is not validated. Call 562-985-8420 about reservations and opening; staged photography has a separate permit process.
