Do not apply the homepage's new-patient welcome to every department. Patient Information specifically says dental services stopped taking general new patients in August 2025, with an exception for Indian Health Service beneficiaries. Ask staff about waiting-list notifications and your eligibility rather than assuming an insurance card guarantees acceptance.
The center lists multiple insurers, but participation can change. HMO members should verify that their particular network includes the center. Uninsured patients or those struggling with charges may apply for essential-service discounts based on family size and income; applying does not make every expense free.
