OCJAA Orange County: Japanese community referrals and older-member support
OCJAA provides community information, referrals, cultural education and support related to older-adult care. Its Senior Shiawase Project is designed for Japanese and Japanese American members aged 80 and over, particularly those affected by isolation, illness or socioeconomic difficulties. Listed activities include monthly bento delivery, caregiver support and senior luncheons. Ask about current coverage, places and arrangements before applying.
For general enquiries, call 714-730-3551 or email network@ocjaa.org. The address is 17332 Irvine Boulevard, Suite 160, Tustin, CA 92780. Contact the office on a weekday to confirm reception hours and the appropriate program; a referral is not confirmation of meal or care services.
