Ventura College EAC：先交服務申請與證明，再約輔導訂調整計劃
Ventura College 的 Educational Assistance Center 支援有文件證明、影響學習的身心障礙之在學學生。新使用者先填 EAC Application for Services，按官網要求連同 IEP、504 Plan、醫療文件或指定證明表交到 vceac@vcccd.edu。
再致電 805-289-6300，提供以 900 開頭的學號預約 intake。輔導員會與學生討論教育限制及所需調整，訂立 Academic Accommodation Plan；提出某項要求並不代表自動批准，也不是由論壇判定診斷。

Ventura College EAC: submit documentation and arrange an accommodation intake
Ventura College's Educational Assistance Center supports enrolled students with documented disabilities that create learning barriers. New users complete the EAC Application for Services and follow its instructions for sending an IEP, 504 Plan, medical documentation or the designated verification form to vceac@vcccd.edu.
Then call 805-289-6300 with the student number beginning with 900 to arrange an intake. A counselor works with the student to identify educational limitations and appropriate adjustments in an Academic Accommodation Plan. Requesting an adjustment does not automatically approve it, and a forum cannot determine a diagnosis.
EAC services carry no fee, but ordinary registration and college charges remain separate. Ask about in-person, telephone or Zoom appointments; the posted summer 2026 counseling schedule is not an October timetable. Disability documentation is maintained separately from general academic records. Faculty may verify eligibility and approved arrangements without students publicly disclosing a diagnosis. Confirm the official submission channel before sending records and never attach medical files to public comments.
