加州 Clean Cars 4 All：先核對舊車淘汰、家庭收入及地區申請渠道
加州 Clean Cars 4 All 協助符合資格的家庭淘汰較污染的舊車，改用合資格的新車或二手插電式混能車、零排放汽車或電單車，亦有電動單車及公共交通選項。這是車輛更換與出行資助計劃，並非一般維修退款。

California Clean Cars 4 All: check vehicle retirement, income and the regional application route
Clean Cars 4 All helps eligible California households retire more-polluting vehicles and choose qualifying new or used plug-in hybrids, zero-emission cars or motorcycles. E-bike and public-transit options also exist. It is a replacement and mobility incentive program, rather than a general repair refund.
CARB lists an eligible vehicle to scrap, household income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level, and no previous EFMP, EFMP Plus-Up or CC4A funding among the requirements. Income alone does not establish approval.
The official page links five regional air-district programs and statewide DCAP outreach. Before purchasing or scrapping a vehicle, confirm the appropriate program's application arrangements, vehicle rules and available funding. Contact CC4ASupport@arb.ca.gov.
