Culver City 電動共享車：使用 Blink Mobility 前先查取還車與租用限制
Blink Mobility 目前的使用說明以 Culver City 的 Culver Hub 為取還車據點，透過手機應用程式查車及申請會員。官網 FAQ 明示舊 BlueLA 試行計劃已於 2025 年 4 月 20 日結束，因此不能沿用舊的全市站點宣傳安排出行。先確認會員獲批和即時車輛供應，再前往據點。

Culver City EV car sharing: check Blink Mobility pickup, return and booking limits
Blink Mobility’s current instructions use the Culver Hub in Culver City for pickup and return, with membership and vehicle availability managed in its app. Its FAQ says the former BlueLA pilot ended on April 20, 2025; do not plan around old citywide station publicity. Confirm membership approval and an available car before traveling to the hub.
The FAQ limits a booking to 12 hours, travel to Los Angeles, Orange or Ventura counties, and requires return to a designated station before battery charge drops below 15%. Record existing damage in the app before driving. Parked time remains chargeable, and only the account member may drive.
