加州僱主 EPN：如何監察受僱駕駛的駕駛紀錄
Employer Pull Notice（EPN）讓僱主獲取受僱駕駛的紀錄通知。DMV 向僱主發出 requester code，加入相關駕駛後，按計劃在紀錄有更新及年度週期提供資料。部分商業駕駛及載客服務必須參加，僱主應按官方列出的車種、駕照及營運條件核對。

California employer EPN: monitoring employed drivers’ driving records
The Employer Pull Notice (EPN) program supplies employers with employed drivers’ record notifications. DMV issues a requester code and, after drivers are enrolled, provides updates and annual records under the program. Certain commercial-driver and passenger-service operations must participate; employers should check the listed licence, vehicle and operating conditions.
From April 1, 2026, EPN documents, record requests and invoices are electronic. Commercial and government employers use their respective enrollment routes. Maintain the driver list when employment ends or company details change. Using an approved agent does not remove the employer’s own responsibilities. Questions: epn@dmv.ca.gov or 916-657-6346.
