Palomar DRC：申請學習調適，聯絡表不能代替正式申請
Palomar College 的 Disability Resource Center 協助符合資格的身心障礙學生安排合理學習調適。新申請者先取得 Palomar 學生編號，再用學生帳戶填寫並簽署 DRC 申請，提交合資格專業人士或學校等提供的證明。
資料齊備後，團隊會在三個工作天內聯絡，要求補件或安排首次諮詢；這不代表三天內必定批准調適。首次諮詢約四十五至六十分鐘，應至少預留兩星期安排。一般聯絡表不是 DRC 正式申請。查詢：drc@palomar.edu、760-744-1150 分機 2375，San Marcos 校區 DSPS Building。

Palomar DRC: the contact form does not replace an accommodation application
Palomar College’s Disability Resource Center helps qualified students with disabilities arrange reasonable academic accommodations. New applicants first obtain a Palomar student ID, then use their student account to complete and sign the DRC application and submit documentation from a qualified professional or other accepted source, such as a school.
After complete materials arrive, staff contact applicants within three business days for missing information or an initial appointment; this is not a three-day approval guarantee. Allow at least two weeks to arrange the 45–60-minute welcome appointment. The general contact form is not the DRC application. Contact drc@palomar.edu or 760-744-1150, extension 2375; the office is in the San Marcos DSPS Building.
