San Diego Family Care is a community health provider, not a free clinic; sliding fees are assessed using household size and income. Book ahead and ask the clinic about same-day availability. The Linda Vista campus occupies several buildings on Linda Vista Road; call 858-279-0925 and confirm the exact location when booking.
Patients needing Spanish, Vietnamese, Lao, Tagalog, French or Russian assistance should explain that need before the visit. Existing patients can give staff an email address to register for the portal, which supports record access, appointment or refill requests and nonurgent questions. Hours vary by location, and the portal is not an emergency channel.
