Foothill Owls Nest

Foothill Owls Nest food support: quarterly applications and grocery-receipt rules
Foothill College’s Owls Nest food support requires a new application each quarter and an email matching MyPortal to verify enrollment. The official program describes $50 electronic grocery cards for food purchases at designated stores. Availability depends on program funding, rather than automatic recurring payments to every student.
Keep and submit receipts for verification before seeking the next card under the rules. Alcohol and tobacco are excluded. Use a separate transaction when buying other items with personal funds. The program does not provide retroactive cards for missed periods. Ask foodpantry@foothill.edu about current arrangements and applications instead of mixing website schedules from different academic terms.
