AccessHealth’s Texas FAQ separates insured and uninsured intake. Insured patients provide plan information when arranging a visit. Uninsured patients should first arrange Registration and Eligibility assessment, preparing identification, address, household and income documents.
Missing required documents can prevent completion of the eligibility review; ask staff which evidence is accepted instead of estimating a discount yourself. Same-day care after assessment depends on availability, and patients who do not qualify for reduced fees may owe the full charge. Registration and the medical appointment are separate steps, so wait for an actual slot confirmation.
