Hill-Burton 醫療費用協助：先確認醫院是否仍有承擔義務
Hill-Burton 免費或減費醫療只適用於仍負有相關義務的指定機構。收入影響資格，但到這些機構看診也不是自動免費；先查 HRSA 名單，再向住院登記或帳務部門提出申請，確認所需收入證明及可涵蓋服務。

Hill-Burton care assistance: first check whether the facility is obligated
Hill-Burton free or reduced-cost care is limited to facilities that still have program obligations. Income affects eligibility, but treatment there is not automatically free. Check HRSA’s facility list, then apply through admissions or the business office and ask about income evidence and covered services.
You can apply before or after treatment, including after a bill goes to collections. The program concerns facility charges, not separately billed private physicians. The facility must provide a written statement of the free or reduced-cost services available to you or its reason for denial. Keep that decision and consult HRSA’s complaint guidance if unfairly denied.
