TRICARE 家屬及預備役牙保：分清投保身分與生效日
TRICARE Dental Program 是自願參加的牙科保險，對象包括現役軍人家屬、國民警衛隊及預備役家屬，以及符合服役狀態要求的國民警衛隊或預備役人員。正在現役或獲 TAMP 過渡保障者須先核對適用牙科安排，不能只因持有軍人證便選此計劃。
軍人可經 milConnect 辦理，計劃由 United Concordia 管理。國民警衛隊及預備役人員與家屬分開登記及繳費，家屬投保不要求軍人本人同時參加。先用官方手冊比較保障、除外項目及牙醫網絡，並確認保費與生效日期；生效前的牙科費用由自己承擔。

TRICARE dental coverage: check eligibility and the coverage start date
The voluntary TRICARE Dental Program serves active-duty family members, Guard and Reserve families, and Guard or Reserve members whose service status qualifies. Those on active duty or covered by TAMP must check the applicable dental arrangement rather than choosing this plan based only on a military ID.
Sponsors can enroll through milConnect; United Concordia administers the program. Guard and Reserve sponsors enroll and pay separately from family members, who can enroll without the sponsor joining. Use the official handbook to compare benefits, exclusions and dental networks, and confirm premiums and the coverage start date. Care before coverage begins is your expense.
