紐約 TAP 助學金：每學年分別完成適用申請
紐約 Tuition Assistance Program（TAP）為符合資格、在紐約就讀的學生提供毋須償還的助學金。居民身分、就讀計劃、修課安排及財務條件都影響資格；全日制以外亦有指定適用途徑，不能只憑學校錄取信判斷。

New York TAP aid: complete the required application for each academic year
New York’s Tuition Assistance Program provides grants that eligible students do not repay. Residency, the study program, enrollment arrangements and financial circumstances affect eligibility. Designated routes also exist beyond full-time study; an admission letter alone does not establish qualification.
Applicants generally complete the academic year’s FAFSA and TAP application, while eligible NYS DREAM Act applicants use the corresponding route. HESC currently lists June 30, 2027 as the 2026–27 deadline. Check paperwork and enrollment certification with the college early. The actual award is determined through review, so an advertised maximum is not your confirmed grant.
