Kick It California offers free smoking and vaping cessation support through individual coaching, texts and self-help resources. Language assistance includes English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese. Call 800-300-8086 to ask about an appropriate access route.
The official text program starts by sending “Quit Smoking” or “Quit Vaping” to 66819 and is for people aged 13 or older. The program is free, though carrier messaging or data charges may apply; reply STOP to stop messages. Coaches help plan quitting. That does not mean the same medication suits everyone, so discuss medication and health questions separately with a clinician.
