未超過限速也可能太快：雨天、夜間與施工路段的速度判斷

Within the limit can still be too fast for road conditions
NHTSA notes that a driver can be within the posted limit yet still be travelling too fast for bad weather, construction or a poorly lit road at night. Higher speed increases the distance needed to stop after a hazard is noticed and can worsen a collision.
Give speeding, tailgating or confrontational drivers space and use judgment to move safely out of their way. Do not join risky driving. If you believe someone is following or harassing you, contact police when it is safe to do so. This is general road-safety guidance, not a live speed-limit notice for a particular road.
