Southwestern 非學分報名：申請、啟用帳戶與選課是三步
Southwestern College 非學分新生先完成或更新 Noncredit Application，收到啟用 MySWC 的電郵後設定帳戶，再在系統按當期課表登記。官方預計電郵需二十四至四十八小時；尚未收信不等於已獲某班名額。
已在學者可由 MySWC 的 Student Self-Service 選非學分課，不必把自己當全新學生重來。初階 ESL 包括 NC 108、109、110，與有學分的英語課不同；應依程度及現時開班安排選擇，免學費也不表示所有外部用品都免費。
需要協助可打 619-482-6376 或寄 continuinged@swccd.edu。申請頁列 Continuing Education 在 Chula Vista 的 900 Otay Lakes Road、Building 68 招生部，出發前再確認。完成指定課程後，證書另有 petition 表，不是帳戶一啟用就取得；也不保證就業或學分轉移。

Southwestern noncredit registration: application, account activation and enrollment are separate
New Southwestern College noncredit students complete or update the Noncredit Application, wait for an activation email, set up MySWC and register from the current schedule. The stated email turnaround is twenty-four to forty-eight hours; waiting for a message does not mean a seat has already been reserved.
Currently enrolled students can use MySWC Student Self-Service to select noncredit classes without starting over as entirely new applicants. Beginning ESL includes NC 108, 109 and 110, distinct from credit English. Choose according to level and current offerings. Tuition-free instruction does not establish that every outside supply is free.
For help, call 619-482-6376 or email continuinged@swccd.edu. The application page places Continuing Education in Building 68, Admissions and Records, at 900 Otay Lakes Road in Chula Vista; confirm before travelling. Completing a prescribed sequence can also require a certificate petition. Account activation alone earns no certificate, employment promise or transferable units.
