Pasadena JCI: inquiries about Japanese learning, arts and senior activities
Pasadena Japanese Cultural Institute brings together Mirai Nihongo Gakuin language classes, Nikkei senior activities and separate Japanese cultural and martial-arts groups. It is a community gateway to those programs, not proof that every class has the same instructor, price or walk-in policy.
The official directory expects participants in its groups to join PJCI and warns that schedules can change. For Japanese, calligraphy, flower arranging, taiko or martial arts, ask about age, level, trial attendance, membership and course charges. Membership dues should not be assumed to include every tuition fee. The senior group describes monthly luncheons and occasional trips, but this guide has not established a next date and is not issuing an event invitation.
