When checked, its website warned that water damage at Auburn Medical Building B affected some medical pods, behavioral health and substance-use services, with limited in-person appointments. The Auburn pharmacy was unaffected and Grass Valley was operating normally. This means neither a complete closure nor normal operation for every service.
Call 530-887-2800 for Auburn or 530-477-8545 for Grass Valley. Explain the service needed and confirm the location and whether the visit is in person or remote. Existing patients can also use the official portal. Same-day places depend on availability; walking in does not guarantee care, and urgent problems may be directed to urgent care or an emergency department.
New patients register first and are advised to arrive thirty minutes before the initial appointment with photo identification, insurance cards and a medication list.
