English GrowNYC Greenmarkets: check season and location before shopping GrowNYC's Greenmarket network includes both seasonal and year-round farmers markets. Its official listing gives locations, weekdays and operating months. Check the particular market instead of applying one Saturday schedule to every site. The network follows producer-only standards for farm-based products grown, raised, caught or made by the participating farmers and producers. Seasonal harvests and attendance affect the actual selection. A harvest calendar helps planning but does not establish that every stall has a specified product today or charges the same price. For SNAP purchases, bring the physical EBT card and know its PIN; staff at the green information tent can help. SNAP cannot be exchanged for cash and excludes flowers, crafts and food prepared for eating on site. Confirm payment and benefit rules before buying from a vendor. This guide is not a sales inventory and guarantees no discount, vendor attendance or uninterrupted event operation.
